This isn't England but we started out as English colonies and the founders were mostly all English subjects. Even though the American Culture is a conglomeration of cultures of those who settled here it is based on English culture. Sorry but your "native" cultures were defeated by more advanced European cultures.

Kind of like when the North crushed the less advanced South in the Civil War. Southern culture is less advanced, so they have few if any rights IMO, and should be forced to adapt to the superior and dominant culture of the Northern states.
