Default Sentenced to life without parole

In order to show the photos the link had to be posted. I receive no profit from this blog.

I felt it showed the stupidity of our justice system the life consequences associated with the victims.

Major fail by our so-called "justice" system. Disgusting as it seems, more the rule than the exception.

Yb, I talked and watched him very day while my Mom was at MannorCare, a torture in itself.

His legs spasm so bad constantly he has to rub them to ease the pain.

All of this and to think the guys that did this walked free because of "what, not me. I was there but all of a sudden he got shot."

My Mom died in that home and suffered terribly. I had to plead for help for her. She lasted four hours after they brought her back from St. Joesph. I was there for their for four hours and she received no medicine and died even after a boss came in and said they were getting he some medication to ease the pain of her death.

Jacque goes through this with them every day.

These are the people the news never talks about. These are the lost victims. Google it and see if you can find the story.

Otoburn, I did a Google search also and did not find the story. Jacue told me it was in the Atlanta papers and and on the Atlanta's Most Wanted TV Show. I could not find that ether.

Can you send me the link. I did a criminal search and did not find anything. I based the story on what he told me and tried to verify even calling the Atlanta papers.

I could have missed something. It could have been a traffic ticket. He mad no reference to drugs or any other criminal activity involving the case.

    I'll ask him.

I just put his name in ~ and you are right ~ it could very well be nothing major at all.

And Buzz ~ I am very sorry to hear that you lost your mom. I hope that all goes as well as possible for both you and Mr. Jacque ~ and I will keep your mom in my prayers too. Thank you for sharing that with us and for your concern about others , including Mr. Jacque and what happened to him.

Octoburn, that was very nice of you to say that and I sincerely thank you.

Nursing homes are hell holes. I was there ever day for months. I'm going to blog on it.

Jacque suffers also at the hands of these people.

The doctor who took care of my Mom said she was doing fine while she was dying from pneumonia.. I had to grab him before they found out she had pneumonia and sepsis. ManorCare is a complete joke. They are completely incompetent.

She fell and they took her to St. Joes The doctor at St. Joes said when they brought her in she was very very sick, one of the worse case he had seen. They had to release her back to ManorCare because there was no other place to go.

Once she got back they ignored her as she suffered in bed dying. I saw no nurse of doctor for pain meds (morphine) for three hours even after they said it would take ten minutes to get it.

Jacque told me she would wander the hall without clothes and they did nothing.

Speaking of my deceased mother who I watched suffer terribly at ManorCare in her last hours, how could staff from any facility not see Jockes's feet and their condition. He almost lost them and all it took would be to have foot pads on the bottom of the wheel chair.
