Only two games I care about, Gilman beats CHC. And DeMatha beats Good Counsel in a close game.

If you're going to be in the area all weekend, it might be worth it to swing by Westminster-Sherwood to potentially witness a pretty big state record fall. Westminster's QB Kern needs 2 more TDs to break Billy Cosh's state record. He has 55 in 11 games, Cosh threw 56 in 13 games.

Between the public school playoffs Friday night, the MIAA Championships all day Saturday, and DeMatha-Good Counsel on Sunday, its a great weekend for high school football.

Once this weekend is over, I will then turn my attention to the publics. I think Westminster will easily beat Sherwood. Sherwood had a tough time with Catonsville. I would love to see a Dunbar-Fort Hill game at Sugar Cain Field.

I would actually come but not going to get in town until Saturday. I think your prediction is right on, Westminster by at least 3 TD's.

Bring a AM radio/headset and listen to the play-by-play broadcast on WTTR 1470.

    Great atmosphere at Ruby Field.

Westminster by 30, Kern throws 5 TDs.

I went to the Martinsburg game earlier this year so I'm expecting even more excitement tonight.

Best passing offense I've ever seen, I'd be surprised if Sherwood stays close.

By the way, Martinsburg has destroyed everyone else on their schedule this year including Henry out of VA. Westminster is the real deal.

Westminster's defense may be one of the best the team's ever had, yet they're still flying under the radar. They've given up an average of 7ppg in the last 7 games, even while playing the reserves for most of the 2nd half. They also got their starting free safety back last week; he rehabbed a torn ACL in only five months.

    But that offense is sick.
