No, I've seen Urbana twice this year and wasn't impressed either time. I believe they start a sophomore qb (big fella, too) and they will be a powerhouse again next year, but this is not the team that will beat RH.

They should have run those 2 all night, but they continued to try and throw despite the obvious. Thier QB couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat last night. He just was not on last night but they kept pumping the ball down field. Franklin could have won it all this year, they were that talented. Again, props to Reg and his crew. Their qb who has been there for 4 years was a man last night. Best of luck in the states.

Pretty sure from the box score that #3 you are talking about is the DeMatha transfer sophomore Darius "Speedy" Hinton. I don't know if he was hurt all year or what but the kid is a big time talent. Just a freak athlete.

Franklin is set for years to come at the skill positions but their defense and lines will be their undoing.

There was a time not too long ago when the 4th best team in MoCo was as good as anybody else in the state but things have changed. I saw Damascus and Seneca Valley and thought they both were overrated and that's been proven by Urbana taking both of them out. I said then that Dunbar and Edmondson would beat both of them and I stand by that. Now after seeing how bad Sherwood looked last night my stance on MoCo stands firm. If Quince Orchard goes to Westminster next week it's going to complete the MoCo massacre.

Im so resisting the urge to jump in here but for the sake of argument, I'm not gonna do it.

Wise leads Suitland 13-0 after 1st quarter
Doug leads GP 14-0 after 1st quarter

If Wise wins its QO at Westmonster and Meade at Wise, but if Suitland wins its Meade at Westmonster and Suitland at QO

If Edmondson wins then Doug/GP winner will be at Edmondson next week. If Dundalk wins then they go to Middletown and Elkton travels to play the Doug/GP winner.

Douglass now blowing out GP. 22-0 2nd quarter.

When is the last time a Bmore City/PG postseason match up outside of 1A happened?

Not so fast. Dundalk is hanging with Edmondson 0-0 at the half.

Uh oh! Whats the score now??

Wise up 27-0 early 3rd. This is going to be a running clock. This Wise defense is something else. The Pumas are getting better as the year progresses...

If Westminster beats QO, that Wise team isn't like the rest of the teams they have played. Wise issue is always scoring, so if they have a legit offense this year they could beat Westminster.

St. Paul's and John Carroll tied at 20.

Patriots coaching staff have made some great adjustments since their 1st meeting

Well, Wise is averaging over 40 points a game this year, so we will see.

Wise now up 35-0 with a running clock going still early 3rd.

Douglass not messing around either. Now lead Gwynn Park 28-0 at the start of the 4th quarter. Upper Marlboro came to play today.

Wise certainly won't look past Meade, but it is hard to not look forward to a Westmonster/Wise match up at M&T.

Wise leads Suitland 41-0 after 3 quarters. Wise starters still in and they are pouring it on Westmonster style.

Not smart! Starters need to be out before someone gets hurt! But beating Suitland like that is A LOT MORE impressive than beating Sherwood and giving up 28 points to them.
