If one of these thug punks was involved in a battle that killed any innocent family member of mine and was about to become a legislator I would be standing in Martin O'Malley's office with a bull horn. It would not matter to me if he was the trigger man or just a participant.

I really think that the elected Democrats in Maryland hate hard working law abiding tax payers.

That is classic Ken. Hide behind meaningless details and refuse to discuss the issues. 90% of the time he is a great poster but than he does this crap.

Ken answers the questions asked, unlike you two. Durango asked a question that I can't answer because it was about an event that didn't happen. The guy didn't kill anyone, so asking me how I would feel if he killed my 7th grader is an irrelevant question. Hate to be a stickler for accuracy, but that's me

His actions contributed to at least one death. Who knows how many his crack killed.

MOM asked them to pull his name .......

doesn't want this to be his Willie Horton........

(its an analogy, I know he wasn't convicted of murder) .......

If O'Malley is willing and eager to forgive the illegal aliens by rewarding them with the Dream Act (with the approval now of liberal Maryland voters), why would he not be willing and eager to forgive other criminals????

Actually as it seems he's turned his life around, I wouldn't mind having him as a neighbor

You never answered the question, if it were your son when he was in the 7th grade that was shot and killed in this crack dealers gun battle would you still support his appointment?

It's a legitimate hypothetical because as you say his past shouldn't matter since he's now rehabilitated

I answered the question that was asked of me. In case you missed the actual question, here it is

I can't answer that question because he didn't gun down a 7th grader. You guys really need to work on your reading comprehension

I posted about the 7th grader being killed in his "gun battle"
He was shooting back on a public street and was in a gun battle where a 7th grader was killed.

So if it was your kid that was blown away in this gun battle you would still support his appointment since he's now rehabilitated, correct?

Absolutely. My anger would be for the person who blew my child away. This guy did not shoot a child. He was charged with a misdemeanor gun charge and has since become a productive citizen. I don't know how many times I have to say the same thing to get through your thick skull

Your fine distinction is accurate but irrelevant. Should we expect a better history of judgement by someone aspiring to be a state delegate than this? Do we deserve a squeaky clean personal history?
