This just shows how ridiculous the new ban on crib bumpers is. Wow O'Malley and his liberal Democrats even out nanny stated California, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts on this one. And this article says how unimportant this law is but they insist on passing it. I'm actually surprised they haven't banned all smoking in the state yet.

Its also interesting how the liberal Democrats like all these nanny states (also like the one banning cell phones and driving a law that most other state don't have). But they love laws, but don't truly care about the rule of law enough to enforce illegal immigration. WHen it comes to that, they actually choose to reward lawbreaking by passing the Dream Act.
