If the gov't or court system strangles a business they too aren't going to be around.

Yes because that is what appears to be happening with the owner of Pappa Johns? Not hardly.

    From the link............

There is no evidence that Papa John's contracted directly with OneTime4U, but the suit alleges that the company encouraged its franchisees to use the marketing firm's services.

Because they knew it was illegal, thus allowing the franchisees to take the fall?

I meant that the owner of Pappa Johns hardly appeared to be strangling, from court or government systems.

I had an uncle that was self made, his product was targeted, marketable to the middle class, he rubbed elbows with the big guys, met a few of them along the way. He knew that if we did not have a strong middle class he was not going to do well, he also knew that the better you treated your employees, the harder they would work for you and a better product would be made, not to mention loyalty. He was diagnosed with cancer in his mid-fifties, continued on and sold the business back to his employees, making them all a boat load of money. He helped the lives of the people that helped him become successful, in so many ways, beyond their wildest dreams, all of them, not just the board, secretaries too.
