I think it's very possible. If the car was going 40mph on that road and plunging down that hill hitting trees on the way down. I could very well be wrong but at some point a sense of fear would kick in for "me" if going at a higher rate of speed around those corners. But I will wait to judge until the FACTS of the case are released.
Yes, I will be trying to sue the state. But this is how bailbonds companies make money. It will be very hard for me to get the $50,000 i had to pay in bail. The one question that raises in my mind would be how the system would allow a judge to place my bail at 1 million to only then drop it to 500,000? I have no criminal background. Never even had a speeding ticket. That's what never made any sense. Why not take it to no bail? That's why the state in my case I believe was about making money or didn't believe the case.
