This, to me, would make a lot of sense for the O's and for the Marlins.
The O's offer Schoop/Gausman/Hunter/another pitcher (Matusz/Patton?) for Stanton.
To me, you meet needs of both teams.
The Marlins get pitching that they can put on the field immediately with bullpen and starting experience, pitching they can look forward to as the top 5 pick with excellent projection, and a guy that's a step away from the majors and projects at 3 IF positions.
The O's get a bat that takes them from questionable contender to serious contender while using that strength to make them better.
I'm not crazy about trading away top prospects, but Stanton's age and ridiculous power makes him an excellent fit for the O's.
