#2. Last year, #3. It fluctuates. The top 5 are always: Cal (my alma mater), Michigan, UCLA, UNC and UVa

It's ONLY ranked as high as it is, because it is one of the smallest state flagship universities. The size of the Freshman class is tiny compared to most state universities, and that benefits their US News score on their annual ranking.

UVa is a joke in most graduate programs.

If you don't want them, then hey - - you're probably a Pig 10 fan...

But they're not #1, are they? Without that #1 honor, hard to make the claim of: "best public university in existence"

That would be another one of your false statements.

Failed, again. This is too easy. Next time, please bring your A game.

Anyone who would denegrate UVA is as worthy of discussion as primordial pond scum.

    That's you, btw.

Guess that would explain the BiG having some of the largest endowments for public schools? Guess that BiG education translated into $$$$$ for many of their grads. Where is UVa? LOL. Second tier.

    Enjoy Trailer City, NC.
