Default Fighting 'wealth disparity' through direct redistribution

From the racist Stockton local CBS station:

Pina’s was the first murder in a boom of gold chain robberies in the troubled city. Robbers have stolen approximately 250 chains since April — more than one every day.
The purported 'owners' did not build those gold chains... Elizabeth Warren built them and Ben Bernanke built them (debasing the dollar). Therefore they belong to the 'community' and the communitarian action is to have a vote... the purported 'owners' lost and could not handle the outcome of 'direct democracy' secondary to their vile hatred of the poor and disenfranchised. Therefore direct redistribution is in order to correct the 'wealth disparity.' This, after all, is a civilized society and the 'owners' not only need to pay their taxes but also accept the redistribution (vote and wealth disparity and such). If they don't like what Warren/Bernake have built and don't like democracy then they should stop whining and move.

As far as the racist CBS goes...

Reported suspects are predominantly male (98 percent), of which 79 percent are black males ages 13-25, police said, and 9 percent Hispanic males 13-25. The majority of arrests were black males ages 13-25.
    Utterly and totally racist.

I imagine that some people believe that decent wages are wealth distribution.
