The slurs she had thrown at her were very revealing of the GOP's attitudes towards women, and this little revelation cost them at the voting booth.

I thought that is how politics work, you ask for more, then starts the compromise.
    Just saying...

My perscription plan doesn't cover meds under $50.00, since that is the co-pay.

I didn't have a co-pay when I picked up my blood pressure medication last week.

Should have been a long time ago. It always amazed me that abortions are more or less over the counter (I'm surprised you can't get one from a vending machine in the school cafeteria), why not birth control pills? Of course, cutting the doc out of the loop means he doesn't get all that return business.

Maybe you have a better plan than we do. I always have a copay. The first $50.00 per med is mine. I know it sounds bad but it's still a life saver, IMHO, since some of my medications go for about $300/400 each for a 90 day supply. My BP medicine is pretty cheap so I have to pay for it myself.

Yeah, they revealed that Rush recognized a DNC mouthpiece when he saw one.

Fluking the Fluker? Sounds like Orciban (Orcs on Wall Street, OWS) domestic terrorist group mischief.

    continues...

    ...
For example Doug Stephan, president of Stephan MultiMedia and host of the nationally syndicated “Good Day” program, had this to offer:

[excerpt] Let’s face it, the agencies and advertisers are how we survive. So to tell them that their clients are stupid for not staying in an atmosphere in which they don’t want to be is akin to the Republicans not reading the tea leaves about changing demographics.I’m not here to argue the point, but rather to tell you what this ONE incident has cost me as an independent in a sea of big corporate operators, who are obviously losing tens of millions of dollars due to this one event.
So far this year, my losses are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. Cancellations, avoidance and decisions to just not buy across the whole format, no matter what the content...

    ..............

One event, the demonization of Sandra Fluke, has mobilized the country.

Customer boycotts are the ultimate democratisation of capitalism. In these cases, we have the money, and they want it.

LOLROTFLMAO...oh boy this guy Doug Stephan lost a couple of hundred thousand dollars, or so he says. Its laughable. I can tell you Rush Limbaugh didn't lose a dime He lost one major sponsor - Carbonite And Carbonite's business has suffered. Not Rush Limbaugh. Rush is still going strong 12noon to 3 pm every day.

Yes he initially lost 31 advertiser according to the Politico but eventually most came back. Prompting the Washington Post to conclude:

Exactly one month after the conservative radio host sparked outrage ... stations are standing by him, advertisers are trickling back to his program and the news media have moved on ... Angelo Carusone, who has been leading the anti-Limbaugh efforts for Media Matters for America, a Washington organization ... acknowledged that outrage is hard to sustain.
9 months post his apology, Limbaugh is back stronger than ever.

It was so devastating that it caused 141% of the Democrats in one district to vote and 99%-100% in other districts. Move along, move along, no crime here, nothing stolen.

The really sad part is you still believe this crap even though it's been debunked.

I bet you just learned how to read. i wrote what I wrote in about 1 minute after I saw this thread. Can't stand the fact that Limbaugh is still a success, richer than ever, with the largest radio audience in America, can you?

    Oh wait...I know...it's Bush's fault. LOLROTFLMAO.

Life is so unfair to people like her, those cursed with an insatiable need for government provided free stuff. Just the thought of having to deal with those wind-blistered palms because you always have to have your hands out gives me the willies. Let's hope she gets fitted for one of those government subsidized feedbags in the near future.

Spoken like a true Romney supporter. But I can't tell if you're joking or not. What the hell I couldn't tell when Romney was joking neither.

The idea that Ms. Fluke needs anything from the government that she couldn't get through personal means is shortsighted. Ms. Fluke's exposure guarantees her a six figure career. It would for me if I were her and it would for you too...wouldn't it ?

BTW...Most of the country does not see the world as you do if they did they Romney wouldn't be pumping his own gas now.
