Default What Are You Thankful For This Thanksgiving ?

I'm thankful that I have grandchildren and I'm not 35.

I'm thankful they like me...a lot.

I'm thankful that Pres. Obama won. The Lord sure works in mysterious ways doesn't he ?

Some people have nothing to be thankful about this Thanksgiving. I'm thankful I'm not one of them.

Look how angry and bitter these leftwingers are that their homeboy is STILL seen as little more than an inept, incompetent, racist bufoon.

What does that have to with Thanksgiving? Oh, and the only angry and bitter ones are the right wingers whose lame candidate got taken down on November 6.

I'm thankful that Romney lost and that the Republicans are finally seeing that the Tea Party is not Country First. I'm thankful the right sees the nut jobs they have on the far right and hold Limbaugh,Beck, and the other crazies responsible at last . I'm thankful we may finally come together after 10 years of bickerring and finally I'm thankful Gene has now found a new name.s.

    1. I'm thankful for my family (siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.)who have come to visit me (every one of them) at my request.

    2. I'm thankful for my wife who puts up with me and tells many people what a great husband and father I am (and I don't have to pay her for it any more ).

    3. I'm thankful for my father who raised me to respect people and see people from the inside out instead of the outward-in.

    4. I'm thankful my business is doing way better than I ever imagined; and I thank those who have helped me get things started.

    5. Mostly, I am thankful for good health and the joy I have in my life.

Well said and I feel the same.

On the sad side one of my sister-in-laws found her husband dead this morning. Very sad.

I want to also add that I did have a lovely thanksgiving. I did not have to cook which is always a plus. That love, honor and cook every night was NOT in my vows. lol

This year I am thankful I will never have to say the words 'President Romney'.
