"If you took every single penny that Warren Buffett has, it'd pay for 4-1/2 days of the US government. This tax-the-rich won't work. The problem here is the government is way bigger than even the capacity of the rich to sustain it. The Buffett Rule would raise $3.2 billion a year, and take 514 years just to pay off Obama's 2011 budget deficit." -Mark Steyn

Cutting spending alone won't cut the deficit, you need to raise taxes on the wealthy too. Yes, that means you have to do both.

Goes well with the 49% that pay no taxes. Certain lethal ailments that kill off the vermin is a probably good thing. It keeps the rat population under control.

    Liar!
That's what you offer as proof: Two repeats of a still-unsupported FOX News claim and one wildly speculative, rambling op-ed piece?

Once again, you've provided no support for your claim that someone else is a liar.

    Please, go away.

LOL. My favorite was the one where he said he'd "rub it in my face" after the election. He was pretty quiet when I brought that one back up.

    Let's all trust his judgment!

    Boy, you really are dense.
I was referring to your prediction of a "Romney landslide"

Glad to clear that up for you.

That just depends on much is cut. When I go over my budget, I first look to see what I can cut back on before I even consider looking for another job.

It is so sad that those who have been deluded with “free stuff” and surrender their vote for free stuff have actually sold themselves into a dependent slavery crafted by Marxist politicians.

And what does Obama’s free stuff party ultimately offer? The answer to this question is found in our nation’s Black community where I grew up and who bought into the free stuff wagon of the 60s, and has remained in a state of poverty ever since and enslaved to government with generation after generation on the public dole with nothing left than their vote which they prostitute to purchase their government subsistence.

And how does the leadership of the Free Stuff Party benefit? While giving scraps and crumbs to purchase the vote of our nation’s poor to keep themselves in power, they plunder BILLIONS UPON BILLIONS OF DOLLARS from our national treasury which is taxed away from hard working people living in our nation’s inner cities, which is then funnel to Obama’s pals running a green energy industrial complex swindling operation [Solyndra/Chevy Volt/Fisker, Exelon, etc.], not to mention Obama’s money laundering operation benefiting his union thugs pals who detest people being free to negotiate the value of their own labor without giving a slice to them so they can ride around in their stretch limousines, all dressed up in their pin striped suites, with their hands embracing their pasta filled fat bellies and showing off their blown dried hairdo.

Perhaps some day my brothers in the inner city where I grew up will realize they have been conned by an inner city hustler named Obama!

    JWK

If we can make the majority of America’s population dependent upon a federal government check, we can then bribe them for their vote, keep ourselves in power and keep the remaining portion of America’s working population enslaved to pay the bills ____ Obama’s Marxist game plan, a plan to establish a federal plantation and redistribute the wealth which America’s labor, businesses, and investors have worked to produced.
