Man Punched in Face Pulls Gun On Line-Cutting Shopper

It is instructive to know that the CCW permit holder who pulled his gun apparently did not discharge same. A punch in the face is "assault" pure and simple, though depending on circumstances, may not or probably does not justify shooting the idiot line cutter:

"One man who got punched pulled a gun and that scattered shoppers, including the impatient line-cutter who took cover behind a refrigerator. Then he fled.
Carey says the man with the gun had a permit to carry the weapon and isn't being charged with a crime."

I can about imagine what happened. The line cutter did not respect his fellow shoppers patience, who were waiting in line. The CCW person who got punched in face probably called out to the idiot of his discourteous action, not expecting a punch in the face.

If police catch the culprit, I hope the idiot is charged and convicted with simple assault, and whatever else LEO's can think of.

I suppose the better option would have been to identify and report the line cutter to store security/authorities, but not back off under pressure. Then let store security handle the idiot - like throw him to the rear of the line.

Reminds me of a Mardi Gras incident a few years ago. A young male line cutter cut in front of dozens of men, women and children waiting for their turn at the port o let. To whence one middle aged women went up to the jerk, and simply informed him that if he cut in front and locked him inside the port o let, she and others would push the port o let over with him inside of it. I laughed when the young jerk made a fast exit. No threat of physical violence, only the promise of raw human sewerage cascading all over the jerk. I laughed so hard I cried.

Heckler Ridicules Black Friday Shoppers

A heckler openly mocked shoppers at an Oceanside, California Best Buy as they waited for Black Friday deals. The man can be heard shouting 'you zombies are the reason Thanksgiving and the holidays are being destroyed' and other anti-Black Friday comments as shoppers filed in the store.
