Ah yes once again the religion of peace kills 23 innocents because they are a different sect of Islam.

I didn't see much reporting from the Obama press on this. Guess it doesn't fit in with the Obama meme.

Afghanistan 'no longer matters' because Bush is not in office. I suspect that if one were to track the interest level in Afghanistan, in relation to the Obamites, one would find a high correlation between when Jamie Foxx's Lord and Savior (and the Lord and Savior of many a tainted water carrying Libbie) was selected and a drop in interest.

Before the 'but ended war in Afghanistan' is peddled (akin to the revisionist history regarding Iraq), the regime's target is to leave between 6K and 15K troops in Afghanistan after 2014 (target of 10K). Whether this is acceptable to the legitimate Taliban government, the legitimate and heroic 'goodness personified' Haqqani government, the legitimate and heroic and non-extremist HiG government (and of course Pakistan).
