Trade Brian Matusz to the St. Louis Cardinals for for Minor league 1st
Baseman Matt Adams. The guy cane hit for average and has power. One
scout rated him Freddie Freeman with power. St Louis looking for left handed
bullpen and spot starter would be a great place for Matusz. Somehow the do
wonders with pitchers.

I think they’d want more than Matusz, plus I don’t think he’s a good fit. Adams is bad defensively and I believe he’d pile up a lot of strikes at the MLB level. They already have a guy like that “Davis” and he’s already proven he has 30+ home run pop. I hoping when they fill the holes, they do it with plus defenders and guys who can work counts and get on base. They already have a lot of power in lineup; they need to get more guys on base for: Davis, Jones, Wieters etc.
