    Is the information on your cell phone public or private?
    Does the government have rights to all information information on your phone?
    Where you have been. All your text messages. Voice mail.

    If you agree to the contracts that cell companies and apps provide, then yes. The companies have info sharing agreements with the government (and probably governments).

    Seems the courts are all over the place on this, differencing opinions whether there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.
