I am in the range above and I feel middle class. I have a college tuition bill, private school bills, and I pay a hell of a lot of taxes. I live in a 140 year old house and drive a modest car. I work every day and pay my bills. I am no ritchie-rich. No vacation homes, no yacht, no country club.
