Default 2 Parkville men arrested for downtown stabbing incident

"Flagged down by concerned people, police responded to a large fight downtown just before 2 a.m., where they found two men injured from cuts.

As police arrived on the corner of Market Place and Lombard Street a large group of people had started to disperse. Officers found one victim with a cut to his back and wrist and another with cuts on his elbows. Both were taken to area hospitals with what police say were non-life threatening injuries.

Police arrested two suspects at the scene: Lucas Baumeister, 27, and James Forbes, 30, both of Parkville."

Always interesting to see the MD court search results given the name of the prep. Looking at the first one, I see at least one attempted murder in 2010, some assaults, disorderly conduct-- basically a whole page of offenses; all of them "nolle prosequi" as far as I can tell.

    Can't say there isn't a pattern here.

If it was not for all of the county punks there would be no crime at all.

Well we have a pay to play judicial system regarding criminal offenses. If you have money or your family is connected with members of the court system, chances are your case will get tossed out as long as it's not heinous.

The inner city perps lack the lawyer money or the connections and that's why they are more likely to be sentenced.

Horse Rubbish! My brand new car was stolen out of my drive way and the perps - One was a YUTE- who got a slap on the wrist by the Juvy court-and he was 2 months from turning 18- he had a track record a mile long and when he stole my car he was on probabtion. His "brains" accomplis had just turned 18. The stole from other homes and cars and ended up in a car and footchase when the cops spotted my missing car - let the thugs get in and drive it and then pursued them. The idiots forgot to get gas and the car stoped and ended up in a footchase to be found by police helicopter as they lay on the roofs of garages. Of course this happened in the CITY and the brains "adult" accomplis was let go because he told the court " He had no idea the car was stolen"

When I got the car back- it REEKED so of marijuana that the car repair place had to air it out with one of those machines for 3 days. There were all sorts of empty change purses strewn around, ciggarette butts and all sorts of chargers for computers, ipads, etc.

The little bastards are out on the street right now.

    Justice at it's best!

That's funny, do you also believe the earth is flat?
Guess you weren't around here for the last 20 years with Pat "nolle prosequi" Jessamy running the show. I guess that 50 year old inner city perp breaking in and killed by the Hopkins student must have come from BIG bucks because he had over 30 CONVICTIONS. That guy must of had big money lawyers to always get time served and walk and he's more the norm for the city and not the exception.
Please don't tell me you think a white guy in Cecil County would be allowed on the streets to get convicted for over 30 B&E's, if you do you must also believe in unicorns and fairy princesses

Isn't it sickening???/ An elderly lady on my street a few doors down was robbed at the same time my car was stolen. It had to be the same inner city thugs that went on a joy ride with my new car. It's not even worth it for her to pursue this. I was treated like CRAP like the typical VICTIM of crime in this crap hole of City.

Since the theft of my car I have looked these little vermin up on Judicial Case search and they have things like: "attempted murder" "resisting arrest"

I wonder if they will ever go to jail? They certainly are not ever going to change because they have NO MORAL COMPASS. Hell that 17 year old who was turning 18 who was found driving my stolen car was just told by the JUVY court he had to finish his GED. He was extremely put out about that and showed no sympathy with what he had done to me when I was in the court room.

I am still waiting for my check for $500 in restitution. Yeah, right.....I'll see that when pigs fly. I am sure he felt "entitled to my car" becuase he is an inner city minority.

This is why Baltimore City is in the sewer. End of Story.

    Just a couple of questions:

How do you know that the "YUTE" "had a track record a mile long" ?
    Aren't juvenile records sealed ?

And, how do you know the car reeked so of marijuana ? Could it have been a cheap cigar, incense, or body odor ? Maybe those cigarette butts strewn around would be a sign of stale cigarette smell.

Do official records show reason for dismissal as "because he told the court "He had no idea the car was stolen" ?

I was in the FLIPPIN COURT ROOM THAT IS WHY I KNOW!!!

Regarding the idiot who was a passenger in the car: The States attorney told me not to even come to the trial unless I was called! He said that the thug would say "he didn't know the car was stolen!" The States attorney said he sees it all the time and apologised to me. Geezus..you really have to be an ABSOLUTE IDIOT or REALLY REALLY STRUNG OUT ON DRUGS NOT TO KNOW THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG if a COP is chasing your "teenage druggie friend down" and you don't know that the car is stolen.

I have smelled marijuana many times before. It was marijuana.

    The car stank.

I hope something like this happens to YOU real soon and then you won't be so smug. Stick around this crap hole City and it just may.

Wow! Robberies and stolen cars all on the same block and at the same time and only some of the crime is actually responded to and reported by the police?

It sounds like they should have filmed the entire series of The Wire in your neighborhood. And now the courts are allowing everyone in court to see all criminal records of any juveniles?

You might be safer moving into the city.

Come on, there are constantly repeat violent offenders with their suspended sentences for violent crimes in the city.

So, you are claiming that the "YUTE's" "long track record [as a juvenile ] was revealed in court ["in the flippin court room"]. Was this an adult court (and they revealed his juvenile record) ? Or were you present at a Juvenile Service hearing ? VA POE, quite simply, I DON'T BELIEVE YOU.

Where have you smelled marijuana ("many times before") ? Are you a user ? Perhaps, your anecdotes come from a distorted view ?

Did you go to court because you were called or did you ignore the SA's advice ?

Actually, VA POE, don't bother responding, I withdraw the questions.

I don't need YOU sticking pins in some voodoo doll sending bad vibes@ me.

Read the repeat offenders part and the percentage and they wonder why there is a problem.
