How do you know that the "YUTE" "had a track record a mile long" ?
Aren't juvenile records sealed ?


And, how do you know the car reeked so of marijuana ? Could it have been a cheap cigar, incense, or body odor ? Maybe those cigarette butts strewn around would be a sign of stale cigarette smell.

Do official records show reason for dismissal as "because he told the court "He had no idea the car was stolen" ?
