Default The Ravens Need This Win Big Time

Let me just say this once. Look at the Ravens schedule and I don't see an easier win than this game coming up. Their remaining schedule could be a bear. 10 and 6 gets them the division if they beat Pittsburgh. Not saying they can't win out but reality says 3 tough road games.

Does Washington really count as a "road" game? I mean it's not M&T true, but I'm sure Ravens fans will be reppin' big time...so how loud will it be when our O is on the field...?

    Taking Buck's approach...

    one game at a time.

However, I DO think that this is a HUGE opportunity to slam the door shut on the Steelers, give the Ravens some much needed breathing room given the tough upcoming schedule, and let the Ravens show that they can take care of business and not rely on anything any other team is doing. Over the past 4 years, that's one area in which I feel they've fallen short. This year, let them show that THEY are "THE TEAM" to beat, and not have to back in or play important playoff games on the road. If they'd done that LAST year, the game against the Pats would have been at M&T, and could have had a very different outcome. They've got a great home record (prefect, in fact). They're playing a team they've already beaten, that has substantial injuries to key players, and they should shove it down the throats of the Steelers and sweep them clean!

Early in the season I said 2 out of 3 for this last series Pitt, SD, Pitt would be amazing. Well we are here! Now 1 out of 2 against the Mannings would also be amazing. I think we can do it and I am excited about our season
