Many of the NFL talking heads started to say, as early as last year, that there has been a shift in the power of the AFC North, with Baltimore replacing the Steelers as the North powerhouse.
I for one bought into it, until the Steelers beat the Giants. The Steelers looked so good in that win, and Ben was playing at an MVP level under Haley's new offense, that I thought perhaps the Steelers aren't the ugly stepchild of the North. Then "the injury" happened and I thought, well if we are better than the Ravens, we will have to wait until next year to show it.
Now, I don't know what to think. So I want to hear from you... Is Baltimore the team to beat in the AFC North or is this really still the Steelers' division? And I'm not talking winning the Division Championship - I'll give that to Baltimore again this year - I'm talking who owns the division the way the Steelers did for years. What do you think?
