I think you guys manage to eke it out. All of the remaining games feature teams gunning for postseason so obviously it's no cake walk. As it stands now I have you pegged for 1 win in the last 4 games which should be against the Giants. They'll probably be due for a Mr. Hyde performance by the time they see you in a few weeks.

The other games I'm just not seeing. RG3 figures to give your D all kinds of trouble. Peyton Manning seems to have your number. And the Bengals will be fighting tooth and nail for a playoff spot and maybe the division depending on how things shake out so they will be on their A game. It will not be easy but 10-6 should get the job done.

(But if your OC continues to insist on your guy throwing a bunch of deep jump balls all bets are off.)

Really, really hard to see how the Ravens don't win the division.

Yesterday's game? Some times you suck and lose when you shouldn't; sometimes the other team sucks and you win when you shouldn't.

Chill out. Ravens are a good team.

I agree - 4 very tough games. It all depends on which team shows up.

They could also win a couple. It's possible. Winning 3 would surprise me given who we're playing.

And it's not the sky is falling Ivan, it's looking back at the season. Let's face it, we lost a couple of key people on defense from last year and that has been compounded by some tough injuries.

And the offense is unpredictable. At times, they look like world beaters, at other times they look terrible.

So it's hard to say. But it's a very tough schedule, but with 3 at home, who knows.

It's only two at home, and those are the Manning Brothers. If they are lucky, they beat the younger one.

Oh duh, yes Cincy away also.

Yeah, Eli can be a little unpredictable too, so maybe. But Peyton will be on his game, as he always is.

Would anyone be shocked if they lose out from here? Denver, Washington, NYG, and Cincinnati all coming up. Every one of those teams is more than capable of making the Ravens look terrible.

I think they miss the playoffs this year.
I thought your pessimism was limited to just talking about the Orioles but I see that you leave no stone unturned. Hopefully your negative outlook works out for the Ravens just like your gloom and doom posts worked out for the O's this year.

I guess you guys are right. The Ravens will never win another game. Hell they might not even score another point ever

Hey I hope I'm wrong. I just don't think I am. This team is not what it's record says.

Yes, I have tickets to both of the Manning games. The Ravens beat a guy named Tom Brady in week 3. They also beat Andy Dalton and AJ Green. Phillip Rivers is considered "elite" by some as well. I think the Ravens take one of the Manning games.

You're right. If not for a bogus offensive pass interference against Jacoby Jones in week 2 the Ravens would be 10-2.

I have been watching NFL football for long time and the Ravens are the strangest 9 and 3 team, I can remember.

Raven's fans, time to take off the purple glasses.

You will see the real Ravens in the next four games and without the purple glasses it will not be happy.

After the Peyton Manning/Denver game, this team will be so mentally down, the last two games, the Ravens will be big underdogs.

    I completely agree.

Their Defensive collapse was something that I have expected for some time. They have been losing quality players on that side of the ball for the past few seasons and replacing them with mediocrity. The Offense has no continuity from game to game and is something that can never be relied on.Every time Flacco goes back to pass I cringe and automatically fear the worst.

To get back to where they need to be they need to cut some dead weight this offseason.Lewis,Reed and Boldins play does not justify their cap numbers and Birk has been running on fumes the past couple of seasons.

They may also need to consider a coaching change because Harbaugh appears to be unwilling to make the necessary changes that the team needs to get back to where it needs to be.Oher is not now nor has he ever been an NFL LT and why they insist on playing him out of position is beyond me.

Typical board meltdown talk after a loss. The Ravens will be fine. How do you think the Redskins, Broncos, Giants and Bengal fans feel about playing the Ravens? I'm sure the Broncos and Giants fans aren't looking forward to their teams traveling to Baltimore. The Ravens will host a WC playoff game, then go on the road. Remember, every team in playoffs start off with a 0-0 record. Enjoy the ride - we're fortunate to have a well managed team.

The Steelers or Cincy will not make the playoffs. They still have games to play but the Ravens have a hard road to go. The Manning will eat us up if we don't find a way to pressure the QB. In this game Charlie had over 5 seconds to look for a receiver and Flacco at times had little less than 5. Mostly 3 to 4 and the rush was on.

If I were any of those teams, I'd be absolutely licking my chops. 2 of them have elite level qbs, and one has one that's just a step behind.

Except we've BEATEN elite level quarterbacks this year.

And EVERY darn year the Ravens lose at least one and possibly two to Quarterbacks who hardly deserve the title. I don't see why this loss is any different. Indeed, Charlie Batch is actually an "ok" quarterback, and backup or not, had played the whole game the week before.

It's not that bad. I think we go 2 and 2 from here out.

The Ravens will go 3-1 over the last 4 games. They will beat the Skins, Giants, and Bengals. The only loss I really see is Peyton and the Broncos.

Against the Skins they will be ready to play. This is a redemption game that they will be out to prove that last week was more of a fluke.

The Broncos game (which I get to attend) I feel will be closer than what people think. Now if the Broncos come into this game on a long winning streak the Ravens could win it outright. I'm a firm believer that a winning streak is due to end and a lot of times it's by a team you don't expect to end it.

The Giants aren't as strong as they have been previously and they aren't on their customary run for the playoffs this year. They are very beatable.

Of course, the Bengals are still the Bungles no matter how well they have been playing. The Ravens will find a way to win in Cincy.

I still see the Ravens taking the division. I cannot recall their record after a loss, but I know it is pretty solid. If the season ended today the Steelers would travel to M&T for a playoff game. I feel that is likely that these two teams will meet again for a 3rd time.
