    It was a jab at the righties who think everything is unconstitutional. Although the Founding Fathers did create the Electoral College.

    Actually, I didn't specifically look for your post, but I recalled a recent thread about Pennsylvania trying to make this move. That's when I found it and read it and came across your post.
