Default Come On Coach This Is Getting Old

To constantly say the coaching was good when we all can see for our own eyes how bad Cam is and than defend Rice getting no touches. Well that is just bad. Now to also say the defense at times played bad is an understatement. Come on Coach you need to wake up.,or you might be another coach like your friend Andy. Win many games but lose the big games.

a couple of observations from my point of view

    1. So 1 loss doesn't define a team....I beg to differ. The Steelers with NO Roethlisberger, Troy P. @ 50% Ike Taylor out early and in YOUR HOUSE coach.
An AFC North game that would have eliminated the Steelers from winning the division.

    2. So you get asked a question about Ray Rices touches and your answer is Pierce played well....lol

    3. Say what you like coach...it's what you have to do but given the tough schedule ahead that LOSS was catastrophic !

Interviews are so scripted....sugarcoated and a huge waste of time. Very rarely do you get how they really feel

yep coach... newsflash: ONE game DOES define your season... laying a few eggs against BAD teams last year cost you a home AFC Championship game... would have made a difference and you would have got Ray, Ed, Joe, Rice, city and fans to the Super Bowl.

running Ray Rice would have won the game on Sunday... you GAVE the game away.

Which is why I rarely listen to interviews or even the player's radio shows. Most of the answers a scripted just like a politician. I like the talk shows where fans call in and vent. Most of it is garbage, but at least it's someone's honest opinion. It makes for good entertainment during the morning and evening commute.

As i've been saying since 2009, Coach Johnny has no idea what he's doing. He's a male cheerleader and nothing more. Mike Tomlin exposed him for the fraud that he is on Sunday. Tomlin = 100x the coach that Fraudbaugh is

This isn't the only game where Rice inexplicably disappeared.

As many as it takes, I imagine. Is there some sort of limit?

Its hard to argue with the Harbaugh record, but you may be onto something with your assessment.

Harbaugh was a special teams coach his whole NFL career, not likely he EVER put together a game plan for an offensive or defensive unit. Offensive coordinators and defensive coordinators wear different hats, but fully understand each other. How can a special teams coach understand such complicated units?

It could be that his winning success with the Ravens is that the Ravens have had some many strong personalities in the locker room over the years. The Ravens could be a rare team where the players themselves make the team work with or without the strong hand of a typical NFL coach.

New players want to please and be accepted by the HOF players like Reed and Lewis.

Plus when you add in the OZ and his skills as a leader, maybe Harbaugh is just a public cheerleader.

    Feels like 50.

After a day or two, my brain moves on from a tough loss. Except when it's a last minute AFC Championship loss. I didn't move on until after the Super Bowl.

I hear ya, man. But different people respond differently. That loss to the Steelers, with EVERYTHING RIGHT THERE ON THE LINE to at least secure a playoff spot and sweep your biggest division rival, in the WAY that the Ravens lost -- is pretty tough.

THEN you look at the 'Skins and the fact that they DID beat their most bitter division rival, coupled with the fact that the Ravens have to play them on Sunday...

and that bright, cheery "9-2" is starting to look a lot less cheery.

    Just sayin...

Depends. How confident do you feel about the Ravens beating the 'Skins?

Moderately confident. With the exception of the Eagles, the NFC East is as inconsistent as it gets. None of the teams want to win the division. Since the Redskins had two good games in row, they seem due for loss.

About a 5 on a scale of 1 to 10. Some good news for the Ravens is that the Skins starting CB is suspended for the rest of season. Also, I think the Ravens are so pissed at how they played at home that they will come out strong. They typically do after a loss.

    @Ivan and Pez

Fair enough. At this point, I'd have to rate my confidence that the Ravens will beat the 'Skins as low/moderate: 3/10.
