Thanks for the little slap Soul, and fair enough. But I don't think I have all the answers. Notice, I offer my opinion on this, but I admit I have no solutions. Does anyone really? Certainly not the folks running the show..

I appreciate your perspective, very different from my own, but I guess that bottom line, I'm talking about the kids brought into this life by parents that can't properly raise them. Parents that bring them with little forethought to the enormous responsibility. Humans are flawed, but a solid foundation at least gives a leg up and a better chance.

It was a direct quote so it referred to locals but you don't need to go to there since he is spreading his posts all over here now.
