Back by popular demand. I've done this every year since 2009 around this time and i've gotten different feedback every year. I'm sure you all no my opinion. So cast your vote and tell me yours!

Not being a smart aleck but it's kind of a yes or no question. People have had a long enough time to make up their minds about him

I know he screwed up that challenge but THe Ravens are 9-3 in the toughest division in Football with a 3rd string linebacker and playing 4th string Db's. If they go 11-5 12-4 he should be in the running for coach of the year. IMO

Harbaugh is not perfect, but he is growing. I do believe he changed the culture around the Ravens and established more of a team concept, and I believe he is an upstanding person who tries to do the right thing for the team. I know many people think he does not give the public enough insight into what goes on, but I firmly believe that is not his job or our business. His job is to win games, and if he feels that is best served by keeping their issues behind closed doors I respect that. I don't agree with everything about him (I sure do wish he would either get Cameron right or get rid of him) but I find him the right man for the Ravens and Baltimore.

He seems like a nice enough guy, but I don't like that he's so unwilling to change even when the facts show him to be wrong.

It's one thing to be resolute but continuously making the same mistakes over and over again and refusing to do things differently isn't a sign of strength, it's a sign of stupidity or insanity.

But at the end of the day, the Ravens win games and make it to the playoffs. And to win a Superbowl, you have to make the playoffs.

Nobody's even talking about the gutless way Harbaugh chose to end the 1st half against the Steelers. 32 seconds and 3 time outs left, and this chicken chit runs with his tail between his legs into the locker room after simply running out the clock. It's JUST LIKE BILLICK did in the game against the Colts. Exactly. They're both "play not to lose" coaches, and the results speak for themselves -- SEEMINGLY impressive w/l records (although Billick's is nowhere near as "impressive" as Harbaugh's), but gutless when it comes to the post season and/or playing against top level competition. Just like all their mentors -- Andy Reid, Marty, and Bo Schembechler.

(Hey...I hear a satire song coming out of all of this: "Andy Reid, Marty, and Bo".)

^^ You nailed it once again. Do you ever see Bill Belichick run out the clock with 32 seconds left and 3 timeouts? Nope. Do you even see Mike Tomlin do that gutless crap? Nope.

See #6 above. He's not perfect, but he is better than most. I understand that is not OK with many board experts, but having a really good team, which the Ravens are, is OK with me.

Just watched the NFL replay. There is no excuse to be out of T.o's late in the 4th. By the way Harb's got whored by Tomlin at the end of teh game. Still think our defensive lineup was a mess.

i agree with that one i am sure there is someone in the Ravens coaching
staff that is better then CAMRON.

That's fine and all but we don't have a "really good team". We have a mediocre team that has gotten lucky on several occasions

So let's say we fire Harbaugh and bring in a new head coach with new coordinators. Things don't work out and the Ravens have a losing season. Does that new coach instantly get fired? I mean, people are complaining about Harbaugh at 9-3 and this new guy has a losing season? What's done then?

Bottom line, teams that are constantly hiring/firing head coaches very rarely do well.

And just think, last year people were saying the Ravens should have hired Rex instead of Harbaugh. Haven't heard that much this year.

Having a mediocre team at 9-3 doesn't sound like that big of a problem.
