These narcotics are very addictive.

Bull-crap! No one ever said that you will not find heroin or cocaine addicts in Baltimore City. In fact, the ages for these addicts in the inner city can range from middle 30's to 70's unfortunately. The petty crimes like robbery have been committed by addicts and sometimes criminals in the areas or surrounding areas of the robbery, not all addicts condone in robbery but some do.

I have spoken with former and current dealers all over Baltimore City from the top of the food chain to the bottom(inner city streets) and received first hand accounts during seminars and intervention programs from these "hustlers". One young guy from a certain section of east Baltimore informed me that his biggest purchases were from West Virginia and PA. Another former dealer from another side of Baltimore informed that some of his biggest bulk buyers came from Western MD and also from PA. I was informed that in certain areas of the inner city, the detectives (undercovers) are known to pull over white citizens in areas where drug usage is high b/c 8 x out of 10 they are buying in BULK. Downtown Baltimore has a few hot spots where narcotics are purchased by residents of these areas.

So if you thinking that drugs and narcotic use is strictly done by American Black citizens, you know deep down that can not be further from the truth. The higher you climb the trade, the more money you can launder into other arenas and the more money you can feed your lawyer to eat the case if it arrives. This is a pay to play town. I've seen drug KINGPINS literally EAT a case due to lawyers, if the same kid from west or east Baltimore had the charges he would surely be under the jail due to not having the financial backing
(bottom of the trade) for lawyer fees.

No one in their right mind would ever think drug use is only a black thing.
We have people on here that have posted those from the suburbs (and west virginia) are buying all the drugs and are the reason for Baltimores drug ills because they keep the dealers in business
Yes people do come in town and probably buy LOTS of drugs but Baltimore has plenty of its own home grown addicts (over 60,000) to keep the dealers very busy and profitable.

Here's a REAL link with a study on addiction, blacks have a higher rate of addiction 7.7% then whites 6.6%
The reason behind this they write is because drug use is correlated to education so the more dropouts you have the more addicts you will end up with. They also say metro areas will always have higher rates of addiction and of course more blacks live in concentrated metro areas.

Completely false, many wealthy citizens that live in trendy or upscale considered areas buy cocaine at high price values. Suburban and rural areas produce more addicts than metro areas and it's not even close.

Baltimore's heroin problem doesn't go back to the 90s, it goes back DECADES !
Baltimore has 10s of thousands of heroin addicts.
Many people says it's less of a problem today then it was 15 years ago because of various program implementations. Some say this just masks the problem but its still there.
Many of Baltimore City's heroin addict are/were suburban residents that migrated to the city to be closer to their supply. At the same time many dealers have migrated to the suburb to be closer to their demand. Only the dumbest of the dumb think that heroin, or cocaine/crack or any other drug addiction has any connection what so ever with race.

If anyone here is an old Colt fan they may remember "Big Daddy" Lipscomb, dominant Defensive Lineman back in the early 60s. He died of a heroin overdose in Baltimore around the Monroe St/Rt 40W area in 1963.

Do you have a link to support your opinion?
The Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) plus the dozens of links to goverment studies at the bottom of the page I posted above says that you're completely wrong.

So you want us to take this guys word as gospel
    Hahhaa
A quick search shows he came out with his allegations after he was fired for being crooked. He never said a peep from 1978 to 1995 and then boom gets fired and says the government is racist and he files a very large lawsuit.

Now don't you think if this was true Eric "my people" Holder would have been screaming from the rooftops about it over the last 4 years?

I will go with the government study over supposed anecdotal stuff from a guy with an agenda trying to rake in millions off his claims of racism

That guy has worked two different government agencies, I believe him because what he said is a CLEAR FACT. He has decades with law enforcement, decades.

From what I read the guy spent his time from 1978 to 1995 working for the U.S. Marshall Service mostly chasing after dangerous fugitives.
You could have at least posted BS from a DEA guy who had sued for millions over racial discrimination

Mr. Fogg’s motto: “I only regret that I have but one life to live defending the human rights of others"
yup that quote plus he wanted 4 million dollars for himself to fight the good fight against the racist government (which is now lead by a black man)
No $$$ agenda $$$$ there for him to make stuff up
