    Default Jim Caldwell

    I thought Jim Caldwell was brought in to make Joe Flacco a better QB? What difference has he made so far? I really don't see it.

    Caldwell is a very quiet and unassuming guy. Cam is a control freak. Therein lies your answer.

    Jim knew he would only need a year sitting on the back burner because Cam is going to get the boot after this season and u know our Ravens "Next Man Up"
