    My co-favorites would be:
    Eartha Kitt - "Santa Baby"
    and
Thurl Ravenscroft - "You're a Mean One Mr Grinch"
(many people think it was Boris Karloff who sang it - WRONG!.
And by the way Thurl Ravenscroft was also the voice of Tony "the Tiger" --- "There GREAT !!).

Brenda Lee - "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" is also very high on my list.

As for "funny" (non-classic) Christmas songs....
    I'll take Bob Rivers,
    "The Twelve Pains of Christmas",
"Chipmunk Roasting on an Open Fire", and
    "Who Put the Stump"
    over any others.

Now if you want to limit it to just (classic) Christmas "Carols" as opposed to Christmas "Songs"
my favorite would probably be "Little Drummer Boy"

Gotta go with "O Holy Night", by any singer or choir that can do it well.

My sons were in a boy's choir, and the group always totally rocked the high notes at the end of the song. Always sent chills up this agnostic's spine.

This one of my favorite carols. Nat King Cole does a great version.

Lawrence Welks Christmas Album "Silent Night" is full of great Christmas music. Two of my favorites are "Thanks for Christmas" and "I'l be home for Christmas. This rendition was used as the background music in the Miller Lite Christmas commercial.
