Bernanke, who served under Greenspan during the housing bubble period that collapsed in 2008, is using the very same easy money policies and low interest rates that Greenspan used which caused the housing crash. The only difference between Greenspan's policies and Bernanke's, is Bernanke's policies go much further than Greenspan's monetary policies.
