I don't see how SCOTUS could find in favor of the Prop 8 supporters. As a pure legal argument its seems impossible. As far as DOMA is concerned that's a different story and I expect a 5-4 decision based on what Obama has told Roberts to do.
Like i give a rat's behind what you think. Please don't make me laugh. As far as the Founders and what they intended that is irrelevant and immaterial to the current discussion. The question is should Prop 8 be upheld. Answer: Not if you are deciding on a purely legal basis.
