    Default Congress Actually Passes a Bill 381 - 1!

    1. Congress Overwhelmingly Votes to Ban the Word 'Lunatic'
Who says they can't get anything passed?

"Our duly elected representatives have a reputation for being forever locked in disagreement, but apparently they can reach a conclusion when facing issues of linguistic politics. On Wednesday, the House of Representatives voted 398-1 in support of a bill banning the use of the word “lunatic” in all federal legislation, the BBC reported."

Encouraging to see that our Representatives are not totally wasting their time in Washington and are taking care of the important business before going home for the Christmas break!

I'm glad my tax dollars pay the salaries of these great visionaries. Their priorities are definitely in tune with average Americans. (Do I even need a sarcasm emoticon?)

Definition of a Lunatic (oops sorry 'fool) - A person that goes to the White House for a private meeting with the President to negotiate the Fiscal Cliff and places the defeated candidates losing financial manifesto on the Presidents desk and wonders why he gets kicked out on his rear! And then says that the President is being unreasonable!

OK Matt, which is dumber the lunatic that said "Gohmert stated his strong support of a trans-Alaskan pipeline, as a means for caribou to have more sex" or the IDIOT that thought Guam was going to capsize? Any wonder we're in such deep ****?

They are lunatics. No wonder they want to ban the word.

When I saw the thread title I was sure the bill would have had something to do with pay raises.
