    Default Black Ops

worst game ever created...just made men so much lazier.

    example: brother-in-law off ALL week

and couldn't clean 1 frying pan he dirtied. Meanwhile his wife who worked all week got sick and tired of looking at yelled at him to clean it. It only sat there for 3 or 4 days. His reply....I will get to it when I get time. Yet all week he sat in his recliner and played that damn game.

My 22 year old son is the same way. His room needs to be cleaned (BIG TIME), laundry needs to be done and he has some Christmas lights to put on the roof. ....
when you call either one of them it's always the same response. Give me a minute. Why's that ???? Ever heard of pausing it?
They play and play and play

I HATE THAT DAMN GAME !

Fairly simple solutions for both problems. Your sister needs to find a new husband. Your son needs to find a new place to live.

Local news as in it's locally in their house. So it's "Local Local Local News".

    I'm with Gopher.

hard to kick a 22 year old in college out when other than that damn game he's never been a problem...

    as for my brother-in-law.....I agree.

My point is.........how many other households does this go on in ?

It isn't just the young guys playing this game that much either.

How many households does what go on in? Laziness? A lot I'm guessing..

How many people will be glued to their couch this (and every) Sunday watching football for 10 hours?

Wait a second, is your brother in law living with you? If not then why is this your problem?

Video games are merely one outlet for laziness. It's not the game's fault.

No.........and it's not my problem. Actually it's his.

The point of this thread was to find out if playing this game 24/7 is common ?

I think that it's as common as someone sitting on the couch all day watching TV (or somewhat less so). Like I said before, if someone is lazy, there are many outlets for that laziness.

There have been various games that have drawn people in. The MMORPGs are the worst offenders... someone in Japan (I think) died from sleep deprivation while playing.
