Default 17th Annual BTC All-Star Game

I know it's been surpassed by the Crab Bowl, but I'm still surprised at the lack of publicity for this game.

On a great day for football at Calvert Hall, Baltimore (Coached by Donald Davis) defeated the Metro 13-10 on the strength of 2 FGs by John Carroll K Alex Gambrell, the last of which broke a 10-10 tie with less than 2 minutes to play.

The attendance was pretty good and it was a great game.

Cole Boozer (Loyola) caught a TD from Jake Clise (Loyola) for the only Baltimore TD of the day.

I couldn't find any info on the game. The BTC website had nothing either. I wanted to see who played in the game at the least.

    MIAA kids I saw were:

    Alex Gambrell (John Carroll- K)
    Brandon Lewis (John Carroll- QB/ATH)
    Jake Clise (Loyola- QB)
    Cole Boozer (Loyola- TE)
    Jabari Weems (McDonogh- DB/WR)
    Kyle Levere (Calvert Hall- WR)
    Ben Hummer (St. Mary's- LB)
    Jake Harrant (Curley- LB)

Levere was named game MVP. There was another CHC player I didn't recognize, along with a LB from Gilman, a DB from MSJ (had a hyphenated last name, maybe Wells-something), an OL from St. Mary's, a kid from Baltimore Lutheran, a WR from Boy's Latin, another kid from Curley and a few other kids I can't remember.

    Non-MIAA kids I recognized were:

    Luke Casey (Atholton- QB)
    Dan Gebhart (North Carroll- RB)
    Dom Frank (Manchester Valley- QB)
    Tyler Cherigo (Manchester Valley- WR)
Cordell Boggs (Francis Scott Key- OL)
    Matt Hines (Frederick- QB)
    Garrett Bean (Westminster- WR)
    Bradley Metcalf (Westminster- WR)
    Dan Johnson (Westminster- RB)
    Tyrice Rock (Century- RB)

    I'm sure I'll remember a few others.

This game has lost a lot of luster because of the Crab and Chesapeake Bowl. I couldn't find any coverage at all except for this thread.
