    02:47 – Ian Rapoport has latest on the car accident that killed Jerry Brown and that got Josh Brent arrested for intoxication manslaughter, the two teammates history, and a statement from Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.

    I had made a similar statement about Costas and Whitlock both having articles ready for The games this weekend Banning cars. It is unfortunate the bad judgement that was used in this situation by both parties involved.

    Yet another imbecile that's going to have to live with this guilt the rest of his life. Stupid is as stupid does. I feel sorry for Brown's family. What a waste.

    Good post. It's unfortunate. One young man is gone. Another young man must now live with the consequence. These professional athletes are afforded chauffeurs in every city, no questions asked. My condolences to the Brown family.

    All these off field legal issues should really not be complete surprise with NFL players.

    If you really looked carefully at the past of most NFL players who enter the league, you would find a ton a issues with each year's draft class.

    Why is it a surprise when issues happen with many of these guys after they are drafted.
