Default Michael Oher what a bust

Blindside????? Come on man ,maybe the Ravens can trade this guy for something high in next years draft. Look we need real help at LB next year and maybe we can unload this bum and get some good picks. Our MLB people are weak and if you think 53 and 50 are the answer, we are in trouble. By the way Joe needs to be pushed as well but let us get a OC who is at least not so plan.Joe nees someone to bring him on to the next level. It is time and would it not be great to see him have a challenge from the kid from Kansas State. I love Joe but he needs to be pushed but Oher is just not the answer at LT.

He was a quality RT in his rookie season until the coaching staff decided to get cute and move him to LT.I though it was a mistake from the very beginning moving him to LT and why the coaching staff still can't realize that is incredible.

I would not call him a bust. He should be playing back at RT.

The coaching staff knows that Oher is better at right tackle but Harbs has it out for McKinnie and won't play him out of spite. So we're stuck watching Oher struggle at RT.

He's a bust in the sense that you don't use a first round pick on a right tackle.

Just think, we could have had Hakeem Nicks in that draft instead of Oher.

He was drafted in the 20's so it's really not that much of a stretch. It's not as if they burned a top 5 pick on him.He was and still can be (IMO) a quality RT for a long time.

Insightful and true. Been saying Ozzie whiffs allot in recent years. He's another cog thats stuck in back in the day. The game evolves but they don't get that memo until mid season. Key people missed last draft were.
    1. Jenoris Jenkins -Playmaker
    2. Chris Givens- playmaker
    3. T.Y. Hilton-playmaker

Just this past draft shows the lack of a blueprint/window into the future.

One and done is what we're facing and sadly wouldn't be addressed because of the contract extension of Harbaugh and his loyalty to certain people. He may want to take a page out of Andy Reids tenure and save himself. Just getting to the playoffs isn't the making of a successful season when you have been there done that before. If you equate that in the world of business your stockholder wouldn't see a net gain in dividends. End result = CFO would be terminated.

Let's get real; he really wasn't even all that great at RT; just about average. It's more that he's totally subpar at LT, is all.

Me thinks the so called Wizard of Oz is also living off his past reputation. Kindle, Dickson, Smith, yuck!
