Coaching change to come for Ravens?!!!

Steve: Hey Oz, boss here... tell John to fire someone or he will be fired
Oz: Hey John, Oz here, fire someone or you are fired
John: Hey Ray, gotta fire someone or I am canned, chat with Ed and call me back ASAP
Strange to be coming from that source before anyone else. While I'd be fine with a completely new offensive philosophy... I don't know that you can really change a whole lot in the final month of the season. I'd lean towards it being something minor, like an assistant to a coordinator changing... but then again would Patrick lead a national show with a teaser on something minor. Hmmm...
Smart money:
Option 1a. Scapegoat Moeller
or
Option 1b. Swap in Caldwell for Cameron
(Rumor/theory: Dungy is friends with Caldwell. Caldwell informed Dungy he's in and Cameron's out.)

Please be Cameron and/or Pees. Please!!!!!
Yeah, a move with Moeller struck me as the most likely... but for that to be a tease on a national show, I don't know, seems a little unlikely to me. That's something that The Sun breaks first...![]()
Supposedly Harbaugh was either yelling at or scowling at Cameron at some point in the game yesterday. So MAYBE...just MAYBE...there's going to be a REAL change that could possibly point the ship in the right direction. People talk about the importance of a QB having confidence. How can ANY QB play with confidence under Cam Cameron?
(And I'll give you a pass for every time this year you've YELLED: "CAMERON IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE SO GET OVER IT ALREADY!!!")
(It's all good, man.)
Cutting ties with Cam and or Pees at this point would only lead to a positive outcome they are both useless in the NFL.
I equate the QB/Coordinator relationship to that of a Pitcher and Catcher battery in MLB. If they aren't on the same page and the pitcher doesn't have confidence in the pitch he is throwing then the results usually aren't that good. I had a good vantage point during the Steelers game and as plays were getting called you could see Flacco yelling over at the sideline and telling Cam to hurry up and get the play in. One of these miscommunications caused the timeout that may have cost us a chance in that game.
Joe and Cam clearly are not on the same page and IMO this is the primary cause of the problems with Joe during as the game progresses. He has the talent to excel, but doesn't seem to have the confidence that what they are calling will lead to success.
This could just be a ridiculous rumor but I have no doubt that short of winning the Super Bowl, Dees and Cameron are both gone after the season. I don't see how you can bring either one of them back. The defense, especially, has been a disaster from Week 1. It's the poorest tackling unit I've ever seen and that's saying something. Fundamentally, they're as pathetic as it gets. Dees obviously has no answer and it was a mistake giving him the job. The talent level of the defense is at best, mediocre, but there's no excuse for how they're tackling week in and week out. We shall see but my guess is they'll wait until the season is over.
I'll be shocked if there is any meaningful change now. At the end of the season when the Ravens know who is out there for OC and DC then look out.
Championship teams don't panic. (2011 7-7 Giants)They rally.
Will any new coaches "heal" all the injured players.
