With the advent of cell phones Id think it would be rather easy to rat someone out anonymously.


Tribal warfare was probably the first warfare known to man. I think you're wrong there, it managed that on it's own.

Believe it or not, despite what propaganda you have been exposed to not every poor person in the inner city actually has a cell phone. And even if they do it's fairly easy in those areas to know who ratted a person out anonymously. And alot of times even if they don't know they'll just take a guess and retalitate anyway. Like I said, it's a whole lot easier to pass judgement from the outside looking in

I understand all about tribal warfare. However, the fact that much of Africa is still in that state has as much to do with the tremendous influence in Africa from outside nations as it does with Africa itself.

I can't argue against the numbers, what I can argue against is the notion that somehow it's a genetic thing as if these crimes happen in a vacuum. Also, the folks running around talking about how blacks commit a disproprotionate amount of crime never take the time to also point out that all this is being done by a very small minority of blacks in the country. Not all blacks, hell not even most blacks, have anything do to with this kind of ridiculous behavior, but you'd never know that from your ilk.

Maybe you can give us an example of this.

Actually I think they BOTH do a pretty good job. I noticed the always complaining ones are always calling out Mom49. I think it's a cultural thing.
