How many times as Biscotti's team made the Playoffs ? (in how many years ?)
How many (different) Owners have won the Super Bowl in that same span ?

Exactly how long does the public library allow clowns like you drool over the keyboards trolling for on-line fights and little girls on Craigslist? I'd suggest you ride your bike back home before mommy finds out why your sheets are so brittle and stinky. You're the punch line to most people's jokes little man, so go make yourself poof.
Since none of us were in on the deliberations, let me add my theory:
Harbaugh senses things are not going well: judging by the expressions and gestures by the players as they come off the field and in practice. He's not a fool so he touches base with some people one-on-one (players, asst coaches, front office people whose judgement he trusts, etc.) --- and starts to hear or see a pattern.
Then he goes to his boss (Ozzie) and says something like "Oz, I am getting a bad feeling about where our offense is going or not going. I mean, Oz, I like and admire Cam, but this is too important for me to make a decision based solely on what I like or dislike..."
After talking with Ozzie, who by the way knows a little bit about football, I have heard, has been observing things himself, but has learned to respect his Head Coach and was unwilling to push an issue. However, as Harbaugh had come to him and opened the discussion, Ozzie now feels comfortable in putting his observations on the table.
The above discussion might have occurred with several others on the same subject. However, I don't think Biscotti had to say anything at this point. Remember he lays out his vision at the end of the season, during the offseason and at the beginning of the next season. He's the CEO and anyone in the Ravens organization who does not understand how he thinks does not deserve his or her job.
So, Harbaugh has consulted with others in the management team (of which he is an integral part) and understands that he has support to make a change, even though the change will be painful.
How's that for my theory on how it might have progressed?
LOL. Clearly you missed MY point. I don't particularly care if a team just gets to the playoffs; that means nothing; they get no awards for being "consistently good and competing for post-season play". You want that? You got that. So do Eagles fans. That's what Harbaugh has created here -- the Eagles south. Sorry. Just not good enough.
However, now with Cameron gone, things might actually be looking up. In fact, things ARE looking up for the Ravens. As long as Harbaugh doesn't interfere and screw it up.
Well, there's two inmates that are still running their end of the prison and I doubt I need to name them. Everyone knows who they are. And it's crystal clear that John Harbaugh isn't going to do anything about it either. Steve Bisciotti or Ozzie Newsome will obviously have to make that decision at the end of the year since Harbaugh wants no part of it. That's why I think the canning of Cameron came from the top. Harbaugh is very loyal to his favorites(to a fault) and regardless of the two of them having a yelling match on the side lines, I doubt he left D.C. thinking to himself, "Cam's got to go!" As far as Bisciotti and Newsome go, that might have been a different story. We'll probably never know what really happened because Harbaugh never levels with anyone but that's my feeling.
I hear ya, man. And I know exactly who you're talking about too. It's that Justin Tucker and Sam Koch. G.D. kickers are all crazy in the head. Everybody's afraid to confront them. It's definitely gonna take somebody from the top to set their azzzzes straight. No doubt about it. And the SOONER the BETTER.
