If you have savvy players and assistant coaches who get the feeling that their input doesn't matter, does it impact the on fied performance? I believe that it has but the proof is elusive.
However, enough people had gotten fed up with Cam's hyper controlling attitude and it finally got to a point at which enough of the right people were fed up. The result: Cam HAD to be let go!
