I'm pretty sure he meant that it was the O's job to keep Manning off the field.

If you have savvy players and assistant coaches who get the feeling that their input doesn't matter, does it impact the on fied performance? I believe that it has but the proof is elusive.

However, enough people had gotten fed up with Cam's hyper controlling attitude and it finally got to a point at which enough of the right people were fed up. The result: Cam HAD to be let go!

    And he was.
    There you have it!

This is how it works at the the Under Performing Center...when things get tough and the team loses (which seems to be to almost every team with a decent qb) the cry baby players (who refuse to practice in pads we hear) go pouting to the cup-sniffing owner, he gets angry and starts firing coaches.

    Those are your Biscotti Ravens.

I would say Ed Reed gave about 60% effort last week.

Just remember what Chris McAlister said when Coach Johnny was mean to him 'we fired the last coach, we can fire this one'.

Poor Ozzie. I hope he can stick it out a few more years. I shutter to think who Dick Cass will bring into replace him...probably a Harvard MBA.
