Dilbert???? Phobia denotes a fear, now why should I fear a lowly bunch of inbreeds? Now if you could get me a line on a MG TF, not that they're great machinery like a E Type BUT they do look like something Isadora Duncan might have ripped her head off on. I would appreciate the effort.

    Incorrect.

HSBC will pay because the US is a continuing criminal enterprise which has a mandate to steal, loot and plunder by any means necessary.

The 1.9 Billion theft will be , of course, pass on to the Mexican Mafia and other black market consumers. Those consumers will be forced to steal from other citizens in order to afford their merchandise.

If you put it like that.... ultimately the heist will go full circle.

You'll notice how nobody goes to jail though. Jail is only for them that can't pay. It's good to be worth trillions; you can buy your way out just about anything.

Sounds to me like the presidents Justice Department just claimed a piece of the action.

Under the...LOL... deferred prosecution agreement, HSBC won't be prosecuted if it meets certain conditions, including stronger internal controls to prevent money laundering. Such agreements have been used often by the Department of Justice to settle allegations of foreign bribery charges against large corporations.
