All four steps are doable since the current OC won't let his ego get in the way.

52, this is an EXCELLENT article. From a fellow Tar Heel. Thanks for the link.
Braven
My 4 steps:
1. Re-vamp the O-line and bring in McKinnie at LT, move Oher to RT, and put KO at RG until Yanda is back.
2. Run quick developing plays (i.e. slants, bunch formations, etc.) and use the MIDDLE OF THE FIELD. Also, include Ray Rice in the passing plays more -- split out/in the slot -- to allow him to get more opportunities to make plays in space.
3. Get the play calls in FASTER so Joe can get up to the LOS, survey the D, audible if/when necessary, and run an up tempo but still purposeful, controlled offense.
4. Make better use of Jacoby Jones, Tandon Doss, Billy Bajema, and Bobby Rainey.
Great article with points that I agree 100% with. The only thing about the two TE package is Ed Dickson needs to be healthy for the team to run it.
Bucky Brooks for OC. Bucky, where you been all year?![]()
They're easily doable and whay alot of us have been asking for. Use the middle of the field more on passes, use comebacks instead of verticals all the time. And the stat about Ravens wins and the number of touches Rice gets, well, how the f****** could Cam not know that one.
The Offense is not the problem. Its the Defense.
