So the college is really a prison and the dean is a warden? A campus paper publishes an extremely hateful racist poem which could have incited a riot and you are saying the dean doesn't have to answer for it? What 3rd world backward country do you hail from? The dean's salary is paid for by student like the one she felt she did not have to answer for her very poor judgement in not reprimanding the school paper editor and the student who wrote it. Is she not there for all students? Or just the hispanic students? I'm guessing her butt is in a sling right now with the school superintendent.
