    This has to be a joke, right? Because if you're serious, you need some serious therapy. Anyone can obtain an ID card if they want one.

    Default There is an easy way to get more kidneys...

    Allow living donors to be paid for donating a kidney and nobody will be on dialysis.

    Right now the sale of organs is against Federal Law. Its time to change it. Payments should be regulated by the government to prevent people from being exploited.

    Paying organ donors may pose and ethical dilemma for some people (but those people aren't on dialysis)!
