Good for Obama in theory. Unfortunately, I doubt he'll be stepping in when the DEA busts someone in those states.

I think he will. He couldn't be the first black president and legalize marijuana in his first term but in his second term !!!! I believe, I'm not sure, but I believe he can call the DEA off and will.
