Default Former Baltimore Principal Charged With Stealing From Student Activity Fund

"BALTIMORE (WJZ) — A former Coppin Academy principal has been charged with stealing from the school’s student activity fund.

William Howard allegedly transferred $10,300 from the student activity fund bank account into his personal bank account between April 25, 2011 and November 30, 2011.

Howard left Coppin Academy in 2008.

He is currently the Assistant Vice President for Academic Services at Saint Mary’s College of Maryland.

Howard has been charged with four counts of felony theft and one count of misdemeanor theft."
This crook should be a good candidate for a city council poisition. It just never ends.

Why did he still have access to the funds? Shouldn't the signatories on the account have been changed?
