It doesn't matter. These guys are supposed to know the rules.
2 or 3 times in the past 3 weeks I've seen Harbaugh issue challenges that replay showed clearly were not warranted. And he lost each and every time, wasting a time out. Add to the fact that we don't ever use our 3 times outs to try and score at the end of second halves and I'm starting to wonder if something isn't wrong with Harbaugh.
What the heck has been going through his head recently? He's WASTING our timeouts again and again and often times he's content not to use them for anything involving plays.

The last 3 weeks he's looked like a retard as he's challenged things that replays have shown very clearly are losers...these haven't been "close" challenges he has lost.
